It’s 7:35 AM. Andrew woke up to his alarm blaring in his ear telling him to get ready for school. He had another late night up the day before almost causing him to miss school this morning. Andrew had slept through two of his alarms meaning he only had 10 minutes before he had to get ready and start his commute to school. Rushing out of the house, he made sure to greet his parents as he made his way towards his car. Finally, he thought. It was the first day of senior year, his last year in a prison known as High School before he could finally become an adult and leave their homes for college; or that’s what he told other people. Truth is, Andrew is apart of a global organization known as the Chaos Computer Club which found its roots in Berlin, Germany. After it was established in 1981, it’s renowned actions had caused the group to grow past the scope of Europe and find its way into countries around the world, including the United States where Andrew calls home. Andrew’s school day was filled with the regular teachers droning on about how Robert Frost really meant that the grass wasn’t greener on the other side, or how pig steel was a deciding factor in the ending of the Civil War; he never really found much passion in classes like History, English, and school in general. Andrew was the average student, he was neither a troublemaker nor a star student. This is what allowed Andrew to fly under the radar with his teachers meaning they never paid too much attention to him and what he was doing.
